Paula
Rutledge
Paula has been performing ceremonies since 2003 when she was appointed
by the Province of Manitoba.
Since 2006 performing ceremonies and running Mobile Marriage has
been her full time job.
Paula is the people person she is able to make any couple feel
comfortable and ultimately couples trust her to give them an excellent
wedding.
Paula takes care of all the ceremony and is open to what ever
couples want in them and with over 160 weddings performed by Paula
she feels she knows what couples want.
She was inspired by her mother MaryAnne who happens to be one
of Mobile Marriage's Marriage Commissioners.

Rita
Leonard
Rita has been performing ceremonies since 2008 when she was appointed
by the Province of Manitoba.
Rita has a smooth way to her ceremonies and is always making sure
the couple is happy with all our services. She is passionate and
fueled by her new endeavour and can't wait to soar into the high
numbers like our other Commissioners.
You would never be disappointed in having Rita as your Marriage
Commissioner because she truly cares about her couples

MaryAnne Rutledge
MaryAnne was the inspiration to her daughter Paula to start and
develop Mobile Marriage. MaryAnne brings to the business a vast
range of experience and has numerous referal weddings from her doing
such a great job. MaryAnne was appointed in 1998 and has performed
weddings in farmer fields with crickets jumping..... to a 5 star
wedding at the Fort Garry Hotel. Like our other Commissioners MaryAnne
is extremely professional,confident and reliable in her job of marrying
people. MaryAnne looks forward to meeting you both and sharing in
your wedding. |

Carole Shankaruk
Carole was appointed in 2006 to perform wedding in Manitoba.
Carole is a natural born public speaker and has an easy way to
her that attracts people. Carole has passion in life and it comes
out in her ceremonies. When you meet Carole you will know that
she will bring your ceremony alive and provide you extra memories
of your wedding.
Carole can assist you in Aboriginal ceremonies and has an extensive
knowledge of Aboriginal cultures.

Marc
Desrosiers
Marc is an experienced Commissioner and was appointed in 1998. Marc
has the extra ability to be able to perform ceremonies in French.
He has great energy and is very caring and encouraging Commissioner.
Marc is our most mobile Commissioner expanding his weddings to a
250 km. radius. One of Marc's weddings was dark,raining and gloomy
but when he stepped to the place for the ceremony the skies opened
up and a crack of sunshine shone down.....need I say more!
