Paula
Rutledge
Paula has been performing ceremonies since 2003 when she was appointed
by the Province of Manitoba.
Since 2006 performing ceremonies and running Mobile Marriage has
been her full time job.
Paula is the people person she is able to make any couple feel
comfortable and ultimately couples trust her to give them an excellent
wedding.
Paula takes care of all the ceremony and is open to what ever
couples want in them and with over 350 weddings performed by Paula
she feels she knows what couples want.
She was inspired by her mother MaryAnne who happens to be one
of Mobile Marriage's Marriage Commissioners.

Rita Leonard
Hi, I am Rita Leonard and have been a commissioner for a few years
now with Mobile Marriage. I am pleased to offer you a classy,
trouble-free, ceremony that will make great memories for you.
I will guide you through the whole process and help you to make
your wedding day very special.

Marc
Desrosiers
Marc is an experienced Commissioner and was appointed in 1998. Marc
has the extra ability to be able to perform ceremonies in French.
He has great energy and is very caring and encouraging Commissioner.
Marc is our most mobile Commissioner expanding his weddings to a
250 km. radius. One of Marc's weddings was dark,raining and gloomy
but when he stepped to the place for the ceremony the skies opened
up and a crack of sunshine shone down.....need I say more!

Carol Kawaza
I was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
I am presently retired from my job and am wholeheartedly and emotionally
invested in being a full time Marriage Commissioner.
I consider myself a people person and love to see people smile.
There is nothing more wonderful then hearing a procession of vehicles
honking on a sunny, Saturday afternoon, declaring to the world,
that a happy couple is now…."Mr. and Mrs."
I look forward to meeting you both to discuss your ceremony!
